Return/Replacement Policy
At My Smart Bakery we strive to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns for orders, if:
- Product(s) delivered do not match your order;
- Product(s) delivered are past expiry date
- Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit. (Please do not accept products with tampered seal)
In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’d be happy to assist and resolve your concern. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
You may raise a Return request within 24 Hours from the delivery of the product. My Smart Bakery reserves the right to cancel the Return request, if the customer reaches out to us after 24 hours of delivery.
Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If we find that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s or other source payment policies.

Note:
If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, it may be returned for a refund.
Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation:
The customer can cancel the order for the product till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Other Cancellations:
My Smart Bakery also reserves the right to cancel any orders that our courier partners are unable to accept and service due to certain reasons.
Some other situations that may result in your order being cancelled include non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.
No cancellation charges shall be levied for the cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
